Job description
Rose Associates is seeking a highly motivated Residential Property Handyperson to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks in residential units and common areas. The role focuses on safety, quality workmanship, and responsive resident service in a dynamic property portfolio.
The ideal candidate has handyman experience, safety knowledge, and EPA 608 certification (or ability to obtain). On-site work with occasional after-hours maintenance duties is required.
