Job description
Henry Ford Health, based in Detroit, is seeking a Case Manager on-site in Grand Blanc, MI. The role offers a full-time daytime schedule with 4–10 hour shifts, rotating every 4th weekend and holidays, and an orientation of 6–10 weeks.
