Job description
Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is seeking a physician to provide on-site medical services at our Center City, MN location. The role supports nursing and medical staff, offers education to patients, and includes on-call duties.
The position requires an MD/DO with board certification in internal medicine, family practice, emergency medicine, or addiction medicine, current DEA license, NPI, and ARC/AHA BLS certification. Hours are flexible 30-40 per week.
