On-Site Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)Abacus Staffing | Port Redding-Monroe, NJ Pay: $19.00-$22.00/HR based on experiencePosition OverviewAbacus Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated On-Site Manager to support workforce operations across multiple client locations throughout the Port Redding metro area. This role requires a flexible professional who can travel between 2-3 sites, including locations in metro Miami area.The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has strong communication and organizational skills, and is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary on-site contact for employees and client representativesMonitor attendance, staffing levels, and daily workforce needsConduct employee check-ins and provide support for scheduling and attendance issuesAssist with onboarding, orientations, and workforce communicationsCreate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsManage employee records, schedules, and client communicationsEnsure compliance with company policies and safety proceduresSupport recruiting and workforce management initiatives as neededTravel between multiple work sites throughout the Orlando areaQualificationsMust be bilingual (English/Spanish)Previous experience in staffing, workforce management, warehouse operations, or supervisory roles preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) requiredStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesFlexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends as neededReliable transportation and willingness to travel between sitesScheduleFlexible schedule based on operational needsSome weekend work requiredHours may vary depending on staffing and client needsCompensation & Benefits$19.00-$22.00/HR based on experienceWeekly payCareer growth opportunitiesDynamic and team-oriented work environmentWhy Join Abacus Staffing?This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys supporting employees, building client relationships, and making an impact across multiple warehouse operations throughout the Orlando market.
