Why Drive for Kodiak?
Kodiak isn't just another trucking company - we're building the future of transportation.
As a leader in autonomous ground technology, Kodiak is redefining what it means to move freight safely and efficiently. Our AI-powered systems are already delivering real-world results across the southern U.S., and we're trusted by commercial partners and the U.S. Department of Defense to push this technology even further.
When you join Kodiak, you're not just driving - you're helping deploy and support the next generation of trucking. This is your chance to be part of something bigger: safer roads, smarter systems, and a new era of logistics.

Work with elite teams solving real problems. Collaborate with engineers, operators, and field teams to continuously improve safety, efficiency, and system performance.
