Job description
Mojo is seeking a Recruitment, Development, & Retention Manager to lead field-based hiring, onboarding, and retention across assigned car wash locations. You will partner with site leadership to build a local sourcing pipeline, manage end-to-end recruitment, and drive on-site development and engagement initiatives.
