Job description
The Soraya in Northridge is seeking a Senior Ticket Office Lead to coordinate daily Ticket Office activities, staff schedules, and ticketing services for performances and events on campus. This on-site role requires guiding staff, maintaining VIP relationships, and producing routine reports and ticket settlements.
Ideal candidates have substantial clerical experience and may have prior lead or ticketing office experience at The Soraya or similar venues.
