Job description
TentCraft seeks a high-energy VP of Manufacturing to lead engineering, print, sewing, metal fabrication, and QA. You will drive speed, quality, and service while solving complex production challenges with data-driven decisions.
You will report to the CEO, maintain P&L responsibility, and stay hands-on on the shop floor to mentor teams and scale operations in a fast-paced environment in Traverse City, MI.
