American Cruise Lines, located in Annapolis, Maryland, is seeking a dynamic Cruise Director for our 2026 season. In this full-time role, you will oversee entertainment, manage presentations, and ensure a vibrant atmosphere for our guests. Ideal candidates will have prior cruise or upscale hotel experience along with exceptional communication skills.
This position involves a commitment of 6 to 8 weeks living onboard followed by 1 to 2 weeks off, emphasizing teamwork and guest satisfaction in a unique maritime environment.
