The University of Chicago Advancement seeks an Assistant Director to oversee onboarding and employee events, delivering polished programs that welcome new hires and foster community across departments.
This role partners with the People and Culture and Employee Experience teams to plan in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences, manage invitations, track attendance, and coordinate cross-team initiatives within a strong, collaborative environment.
