Job description
Goodwin Procter Boston is seeking a proactive Specialist, Opportunity, Inclusion & Belonging (OIB) to advance the firm’s onboarding programs, inclusion initiatives, and culture-building efforts. You will design, execute, and continuously improve onboarding experiences, drive data-informed programs, and collaborate across People Operations, HR and IT to create scalable, inclusive employee experiences.
