Office AdministratorDallas, TX | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMAbout the RoleDTK Facility Services is looking for a bilingual Office Administrator to support our Dallas operations. This role will assist with new hire onboarding, applicants, employee support, payroll administration, and general office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and enjoys helping people. Because you'll work closely with our employee population and internal teams, fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboardingOnboard new employees and ensure required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.Manage incoming applicants and assist with the hiring process.Coordinate with managers and HR to ensure new hires are prepared for their start date.Employee & Office SupportServe as a welcoming first point of contact for employees, applicants, and visitors.Assist employees with routine questions and direct them to the appropriate HR resource when needed.Help resolve employee concerns and coordinate with HR or management as appropriate.Perform general administrative and office support duties.Payroll & ComplianceManage distribution of pay cards and payroll checks, when applicable.Assist with required employment documentation and onboarding compliance.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.Follow DTK policies and established HR procedures.Work EnvironmentThis position works independently in a smaller office environment and is responsible for ensuring the office is open and ready for business at the scheduled start time each morning.RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForFluency in both English and Spanish is required.Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented.Able to handle confidential information with discretion.Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Previous experience in HR, recruiting, office administration, or a similar role is preferred.Familiarity with Paylocity or other HR systems is a plus.Familiarity with employment laws, I-9 compliance, and HR practices is a plus.About DTK Facility ServicesDTK Facility Services is a Texas-based commercial facility services company providing janitorial, landscaping, and facility services across more than 650 locations.
