Job description
Fairview Health Services seeks a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist to support hematology, oncology, and bone marrow transplant patients at the University of Minnesota Medical Center – East Bank. This hospital-based role delivers direct clinical pharmacy services in an academic center, partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication therapy.
The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, full-time schedule (72 hours bi-weekly), day/evening shifts, and weekend rotation.
