Job description
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) for the Adult BMT service. You will practice at the top of your license in inpatient and ambulatory settings, leading pharmacotherapy care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities include drug therapy design and monitoring, CDTM participation, guideline development, precepting residents and students, and staff education through Grand Rounds and in-service trainings.
