Job description
Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Nurse Navigator (Part-Time) for the Lipson Cancer Institute to coordinate patient navigation and case management across the cancer care continuum at Lipson Cancer Center with occasional float to Unity Hospital. The role involves triage, utilization management and collaboration with payors and the health care team to optimize outcomes and cost-efficiency.
Requires NYRN licensure and AS in Nursing, with oncology nursing experience preferred.
