Job description
Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington is seeking a board-certified oncology pharmacist (BCOP) to support hematology-oncology and infusion services. The role centers on regimen review, therapy optimization, and protocol development alongside medical oncologists.
The Clinical Coordinator coordinates site-specific clinical and quality improvement activities, designs and evaluates formulary use, drug therapy monitoring, and professional development on a Legacy-wide basis.
