Job description
UC Irvine Health seeks an experienced clinical nurse to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, developing and implementing care plans for a defined patient group. You will coordinate care across disciplines, evaluate patient outcomes, and revise plans for discharge as needed.
The role also involves mentoring students and new nurses, and serving as a PCC when requested by supervisor. Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
