Job description
Domnovate is seeking an Oncology Clinical Pharmacist to join our client’s team in Milford, DE, for a permanent, full-time role supporting cancer care across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, nurses, and fellows to optimize chemotherapy regimens and supportive care, ensuring guideline-consistent care and patient education.
The ideal candidate has a Doctorate in Pharmacy, PGY-1 or PGY-2 Oncology residency or equivalent with at least three years
