Job description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Clinical Pharmacist (Clinic Support) to support oncology/hematology services with medication therapy management, order interpretation, and documentation of therapeutic plans. The role includes monitoring outcomes and advising care teams in a high-complexity clinic.
Applicants must hold Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy, be licensed in the U.S., and demonstrate strong communication in English. Oncology experience preferred. Full-time position in Missouri.
