Job description
Advocate Health’s Winston-Salem campus is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Multiple Myeloma to provide medication therapy oversight in outpatient and inpatient hematology/oncology services, with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend rotations.
You will review orders, educate patients, collaborate with the care team, mentor students and pharmacy teammates, and support formulary management and safety initiatives. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.
