Job description
UofL Health, Inc. at Brown Cancer Center in Louisville, KY is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist-Specialist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, perform medication order evaluation, and optimize pharmacotherapy across all age groups from neonatal to geriatric.
The role requires a PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program, PGY-1 residency or 3 years of relevant experience, KY licensure or eligibility, and BLS/ACLS certifications.
