Job description
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to enhance patient care by identifying and resolving medication-related problems and by providing medication information to health care professionals, patients, and the public.
The role focuses on safe, effective pharmacotherapy within the Northwestern Medicine Department of Pharmacy, supporting compliance, REMS and prior authorizations while contributing to quality improvement and education.
