Job description
Mount Sinai Health System seeks a clinical pharmacist with hospital experience to lead and advance oncology/hematology pharmaceutical care. You will supervise staff, precept residents and students, participate in rounds, and develop evidence-based programs and policies to optimize drug therapy.
Responsibilities include conducting MTM, performing medication-use evaluations, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve safety and outcomes.
