Job description
Hematology Oncology of Indiana is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to lead oncology nursing operations in a multi-site clinic. You will plan, direct, and evaluate care, supervise nurses, MA staff, and laboratory and pharmacy support, and ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Qualified candidates hold an RN license in Indiana, an oncology certification (OCN), and 5 years in healthcare with 3 years in management.
