Incyte Corporation is seeking an Area Director (AD) for Oncology Clinical Nurse Educators in a field-based role across the US. You will coach, train, and mentor OCNE teams, promoting excellence in field execution and alignment with product strategy.
You will oversee performance, develop territory plans, and collaborate with senior leadership to set annual goals. The role requires extensive hematology/oncology experience, an RN license, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
