Job description
Bayer is seeking an Associate Director - Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology for the Mid-Atlantic region. The role ensures patient access to Bayer oncology therapies by supporting Prior Authorizations, medical necessity, and denial appeals across multiple facilities.
The territory covers NC, SC, DC and VA with up to 50% travel. A Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in healthcare reimbursement is required, along with deep payer/PBM knowledge and leadership skills.
