Job description
Bayer is seeking an Associate Director - Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology for the Mid-Atlantic region. The role collaborates with HCPs, offices, pharmacists, and Bayer teams to secure therapy approvals and access for patients. Travel up to 50% within a territory spanning NC, SC, DC and VA.
The incumbent will educate providers, navigate payer requirements, manage denials, and support product launches while maintaining compliance and strong stakeholder relationships.
