Job description
Bayer seeks an Associate Director - Field Reimbursement Manager, Oncology – Mid-Atlantic to lead payer engagement and education across hospitals, clinics and IDNs. You will apply extensive reimbursement knowledge to secure approvals, manage prior authorizations, and resolve denials, while partnering with cross-functional teams.
The role requires 5+ years reimbursement experience, 2+ years field experience, and a Bachelor’s degree.
