Job description
RWJBarnabas Health seeks an RN for the Oncology Float Pool to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across multiple inpatient oncology and med-surg units. This role provides exposure to diverse cancer populations and treatment modalities while supporting a collaborative, innovative environment. Responsibilities include performing thorough assessments, administering chemotherapy and supportive treatments, managing central lines, monitoring for complications, and educating patients and families. The Oncology Float RN will work closely with an interdisciplinary team, uphold safety and quality standards, and participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
