Responsibilities
Provide primary health care for oncology and hematology patients.
Perform selective medical services under the direction of practice physicians.
Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
Foster a safe patient environment following "First Do No Harm" principles.
Collaborate with management team and physicians to complete competency testing and departmental skills validation.
Work hours: Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM (no holidays or weekends).
Provide coverage at additional locations: Mooresville, Huntersville, and University as needed.
Qualifications
Master's degree required; graduate of an NCCPA‑accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
1–3 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider; open to new graduates.
Current PA license in the appropriate state; NCCPA certification; current DEA registry.
ACLS certification (if working in an infusion center or cardiac specialty).
Demonstrated customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
