Job description
The Hematology Oncology Clinical Pharmacist will provide direct patient care embedded in WT Infusion Oncology clinic, advising on oncology care plans and ensuring medication access during transitions of care. The role collaborates with nurses, physicians, and pharmacy teams to meet clinical and operational needs in the cancer center.
There are opportunities to precept residents and students, with emphasis on education, safety, and evidence-based practice within a dynamic hospital setting.
