Job description
Advocate Health in Crystal Lake, IL, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a collaborative hematology/oncology APP team at our Crystal Lake and Good Shepherd locations. You will provide follow-up visits, chemotherapy education, benign hematology consultations, bone marrow procedures, and care coordination.
The role requires an active PA license and board certification, DEA registration, Illinois CDS license if practicing in Illinois, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as required.
