Job description
Upstate Hematology Oncology (UHO) in the Capital Region seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient hematology and oncology team. The role focuses on adult patients and collaborative care with experienced specialists in a supportive environment.
The position offers flexible 3- or 4-day scheduling, Monday–Friday, with no evening or weekend hours. A NYS license for PA/NP and board certification are required, with minimal on-call duties.
