Job description
University Hospitals Pain Management is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure safe, effective medication use across the enterprise. You will verify orders, dispense accurately, monitor therapy, document clinical activities, and support medication reconciliation and formulary adherence.
The role requires strict adherence to PHI, policies and procedures, and ongoing documentation of clinical activities to optimize patient care and resource use.
