Job description
The University Hospitals Pain Management is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure the safe, effective, and fiscally responsible use of medications through clinical knowledge and professional judgment across the enterprise.
Key duties include accurate order verification and dispensing, medication monitoring, reconciliation, inventory control, and strict adherence to policies while safeguarding Protected Health Information (PHI) and collaborating with care teams.
