Job description
UNC Health in Durham, NC seeks a Pharmacist to join the hematology/oncology infusion clinic team. You will provide comprehensive pharmacist care, educate patients on infusion therapies, and collaborate with infusion nursing, physicians, APPs, and pharmacy colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
