Job description
Michigan Medicine is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Infusion to provide pharmaceutical care across ambulatory infusion settings. Responsibilities include medication order review, dispensing and verification of sterile products, and nursing education.
You will precept Pharm.D. students, review orders for therapy appropriateness, and contribute to quality improvements. The role spans oncology and non-oncology populations and offers hybrid work with rotation among several infusion centers.
