Job description
Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for per diem coverage at Swedish Hospital in Chicago and the Arlington Heights site. The role involves providing and documenting comprehensive pharmaceutical care to oncology patients, reviewing chemotherapy orders, and dispensing anti-cancer medications.
The position requires an Illinois Registered Pharmacist license, a PharmD or BS, oncology certification preferred, and at least 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience.
