Job description
Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist, per diem, to support cancer care at Swedish Hospital in Chicago and Arlington Heights. The role involves direct patient care, chemotherapy preparation, education for patients and staff, and collaboration with the care team.
Requirements include Illinois Pharmacist license, BS or PharmD, oncology certification preferred, and 3+ years of clinical pharmacist experience. Willingness to rotate to multiple Center sites and travel as needed.
