Job description
Yale New Haven Health in Waterbury, CT is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) to deliver the highest level of patient-centered care. The RN is accountable for patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and must be licensed in Connecticut. A BSN is preferred, and candidates should be prepared for physical demands including prolonged standing and lifting patients safely.
