Medical Oncology/Hematology | Join an Expanding Cancer Program in Nebraska

Why We’re Looking Expanding Medical Oncology/Hematology service line Position Overview Specialty: Medical Oncology / Hematology Patient Volume: 12-15 patients/day (OP visits) Infusion Volume: 18-24 patients/day Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Protected administrative time included Inpatient/Outpatient mix with APP support for call coverage Call: 1:3 to 1:5 rotation with weekend rounding Requirements Board Certified / Board Eligible in Medical Oncology (and Hematology, if applicable) Eligible for Nebraska medical licensure Compensation & Incentives $550,000- $600,000 +Production Quality Bonus: Up to 3% of base salary Sign-On / Relocation: $15,000-$25,000 Student Loan Support: $20,000/year for 3 years (negotiable education loan forgiveness options available) Benefits Health Insurance (PPO) for single and family Wellness program discounts available Dental, Vision, Short & Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance Retirement: 5% 401(k) employer contribution Malpractice insurance fully covered Professional fees and standard certifications covered (ACLS, BLS, PALS, etc.) Time Off 7 weeks total annual time off 6 weeks’ vacation  CME allowance: $3,000 annually Community - Central Nebraska Lifestyle Central Nebraska location with easy airport access.
