Job description
Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg 1 unit in Sheboygan County, WI. The role is full-time (36 hours/week) with a schedule and a dedicated weekend program. A $5K sign-on bonus is offered along with additional weekend pay incentives.
Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation. Professional development and ongoing education are encouraged.
