Job description
Merck is seeking an US Oncology Medical Affairs Field Medical Alignment Director (FMAD) to lead strategic alignment across a dynamic Oncology portfolio. The role reports to USMA leadership and collaborates with EDs, TLs, and cross-functional teams to drive execution and enterprise goals.
Candidates bring advanced healthcare training and at least 5 years in medical affairs with oncology experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills.
