JOB REQUIREMENTS
Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology and Hematology
Licenses: Active California License
DEA: Active DEA Certification
Certifications: ACLS (if moderate sedation), PALS (if pediatric patients)
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide outpatient chemotherapy and infusion services.
Manage hematology/oncology patients including diagnosis, staging, and treatment.
Provide oversight for infusion center treatments and ensure MD onsite for all treatments.
Perform hospital consults as needed.
Participate in call schedule (night call Monday-Thursday, weekend call Friday-Monday).
