JOB REQUIREMENTS
Board: BC/BE in Oncology or Hematology
Licenses: Active CA License
DEA: Active DEA Certification
Certifications: ACLS (required if requesting Moderate Sedation Privileges)
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive diagnosis, staging, and treatment for hematology/oncology patients.
Oversee chemotherapy and infusion services, ensuring MD presence for all treatments.
Perform hospital consults as needed.
Supervise midlevel provider and support staff in clinic.
Manage call responsibilities including night and weekend remote call.
