Job description
BJC HealthCare is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Siteman Outpatient Oncology Infusion West County. This outpatient role coordinates patient care, staffing, and equipment in a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays and benefits eligibility starting soon after start.
The position requires a BSN and 2–5 years RN experience, with oncology experience preferred. Leadership responsibilities include payroll, staffing, and performance evaluations to support departmental goals.
