Job description
Oncology Consultants is seeking an LVN/LPN Nurse Navigator to coordinate cancer care and advocate for patients and families in Houston, TX. Under physician and RN supervision, you will educate patients, identify resources, and manage transitions across the care continuum to promote quality outcomes.
The role requires a Texas LVN license, BLS, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in oncology or infusion care.
