Job description
Mount Sinai Queens is seeking a Clinical Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) to guide patients, families, and caregivers through informed decisions, access to care, and post-visit follow-up across the cancer continuum.
The ONN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, educate patients on treatment options, and help overcome barriers to care, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.
