Job description
New England Cancer Specialists in Portsmouth, NH is hiring RN Care Managers (Nurse Navigators) to work with physician-led teams in a full-time role. The position focuses on oncology nursing with triage, assessments, and patient education, supporting families and caregivers across the care continuum.
Ideal candidates will have NH RN licensure, 2–5 years of nursing experience (preferably in hematology/chemo/oncology), and may pursue OCN certification within 3 months of starting.
