Job description
Beacon Health System in South Bend is seeking an Oncology Patient Care Coordinator who will manage resources and collaborate to ensure optimal care for oncology patients. The successful candidate will coordinate between research, community physicians, and resources at Beacon Health System, assisting patients throughout their treatment journey.
This position requires a current RN license in Indiana and an OCN certification within two years, along with a minimum of five years of experience in oncology nursing.
